DKC Group has been working effectively since 1998 in the planning, production and marketing of cable drag systems.
Ever since 2007, the desire to grow and the constant changing of the market have pushed DKC Group to acquire solid, big companies.
Throughout the course of a few years, DKC Group was able to build a structured organization of qualified resources, motivated to conquer a highly competitive international market to become a leader of the future.
At the same time, it was able to expand its line of products with innovative and reliable solutions, by strengthening its role in the protection of cables, and distribution and storage of energy.
The fast growth of DKC Group at an international level has been determined by a combination of factors:

History
Marco Cecconi and Dmitry Kolpashnikov founded DKC’s first company in Russia, laying the foundations for the Group’s industrial project.
Acquisition of CEPI, a company specialising in metal trunking (Combitech Line).
Acquisition of Cost.e.l. (RamBlock Line electrical panels manufacturer) and opening of new production facilities in Hungary and Romania.
Launch of a start-up specialising in electrical panel coolers (RamKlima Line) in Santa Palomba (Rome).
Acquisition of:
• Cosmec (cable protection systems)
• Conchiglia (low-voltage electrical distribution)
• Enerconv (Uninterruptible power supplies).
Launch of a new start-up, the Hercules Line (energy transport and distribution) in Brescia.
Acquisition of Steeltecnica (low voltage distribution electrical panel solutions).
Addition of structured wiring organization products, airconditioned and monitored data management 19” Rack cabinet (Net One Line), and transition of the Enerconv Brand to the RamBatt Line.
Acquisition of SATI Italia and SATI Tunisia - a longestablished brand in the industrial electrical sector - strengthening DKC’s position in the metal trunking field.
Launch of the Energy Line, with electric mobility and energy efficiency solutions.
DKC’s organisational model has evolved by integrating its product lines and accelerating its digital transformation, strengthening its identity and driving international growth through increasingly coordinated solutions.
