In this case, DKC EUROPE SRL shall proceed to inform the Data Subjects of the material amendments made to this Privacy Statement. DKC EUROPE SRL will publish the new versions on the corresponding internal and external websites.

THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data collected by the website is processed at the premises of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting data center which is currently resident outside of the European community but will shortly be transferred to Italy. The data processing linked to the web services on this website takes place at the company headquarters of the Data Controller, at the site identified by the website manager, and are managed only by the staff appointed for data processing, or any persons appointed for occasional maintenance services.
No data from the web service is disclosed or notified. The personal data provided by users who submit requests for the sending of material relating to the requested service (or simply for information) is used solely to provide the requested service and are notified to any involved third parties only when necessary and if this is functional to the performance of the service requested from us.
